Services

The Institute for BPM provides three services to you or your organisation:

° Process Audits: provide you with a gap analysis and feedback on the actual performance of your sales and customer processes (CRM-audit), your supply chain processes (SCM-audit) or your IT processes (e-Business audit).

° Project Support / Management: provides you with practical experience from the industry. You receive senior management support, on a 1 or 2 day a week basis, to help your management to get the job done.

° Training: provides you with in house/on the job training to develop your team or individual manager in the necessary management skills, functional knowledge and industry experience and practice. 

Ultimate goal is to facilitate the development of a customer driven, e-network organisation collaborating throughout your supply chain.
